 Concrete air content is important for building strength and longevity in alpine and other areas with high salinity.

Hardened concrete containing air detection has been a relatively tedious process, generally straight-line wire testing method, its shortcomings are as follows:

 1. Unable to get an accurate value of the area: inability to directly measure the air hole area value, only with the use of the principles of calculus segment length was cut to obtain an approximate area of air hole value, the value accuracy is too low.

Therefore Jinan Winner launched a more advanced WINNER208 concrete air detector which using computer iconography with self-designed optical mechanical systems to realize automated testing for hardened concrete air content, hole spacing coefficient and other relevant data.

Test process:

1. Sample process: The concrete block will be cut and polished, then use a special material to fill the voids.

2,  Start to test: Put sample on Winner 208 platform,choose the concrete air hole preset mode,It will automatically test.

3, Synthesis Photos: The system will automatically capture the images together to  form a whole photo.

4, Binarization: Remove color information and others by Binarization and make the whole image digitization.

5, Automatic correction: Turn on auto-correction function, it can automatically remove cracks, orthopedics and other non-bubble interference, to obtain the final image to be analyzed.

6, Output the final result: 

Core data includes: Total number of air bubble, The average radius of air bubble, Mud content, air content etc., except for that, Sphericity and other Shape parameters, Bubble size distribution curve and other data could be get also.
