The house using light steel constructed support system, take the sandwich wallboard and EPS roof panel(or 50mm glass wool panel) for wall and roofing system. This product can according to customer requirements, through the flexible design, assembled with standard module parts.

Area Calculation:

1. 1.    The length and width use T unit (1T=1150mm), height use H unit (1H=1000mm).
2. 2.    House Height = 3nH(n≥2,H = 1000mm)
3. 3.    The house area calculate=length x width x number of floors.
4. 4.    Stairs and walkway areas=horizontally-projected area
5. 5.    Canopy area is half of horizontally-projected area.

CASE:   Single floor calculate:

S1=(length T × 1150mm) × (width T×1150mm ) x 1 + canopy area

Double floors calculate:

S2=(length T × 1150mm) × (width T×1150mm ) x 2 + Stairs and walkway areas + canopy area

MOQ:

Depends on materials, minimal 1*20GP (50mm Sandwich panel nearly 100m2).
