Product Description

Low-pressure PU foaming machine
Low-pressure PU foaming machine unit (not applicable for explosive or flammable foaming agent such as pentane)
This machine is used for metering and mixing two different raw materials in required ratio. In order to reach the technical requirements, there equipped with a cooling device and a temperature control device. Besides, this machine can control pressure and metering of materials, and it can control injection, cleaning and blowing by computer, too.
Constituents and main technical parameters:
1. Tank assembly
Including four 220L tanks with a jacket, two layers of stainless steel wall, and pipe-type filters; mixing power: 0.55kw×4; mixing revolution: 60r/min.
2. Pump unit assembly
Two internally-engaged gear pumps, two infinitely speed controllers, power: 3kw
Revolution and pressure digitally displayed.
Throughput is between 70 to 200g/s when the mixing ratio is 1:1.
Two sets of pipes are equipped.
3. Mixing head assembly
One high-speed mixing head with the mixing revolution of 4500r/min and the mixing power of 1.5kw, revolution adjustable by frequency variation; two pneumatic ball valves; automatic-cleaning installation with a 25L detergent tank made of stainless steel; and relevant cleaning valves and solenoid valves.
4. System of materials
One water-chilling machine of 5HP; suitable hydraulic solenoid valves and pipes and other valves; material temperature digitally displayed and adjustable through a changeover switch; one water-heating tank of 6kw is included.
5. Auto material-supplementing installation
Two pneumatic diaphragm pumps with level control switches.
6. Main electric control
One control panel adopting a PLC controller except the electromotor, air cylinders, electric heating pipe and solenoid valve and other executive components; the following parameters can be preset: injection time (setting at user’s will), cleaning time, air-jetting time, alarming time and injection, cleaning and air-jetting actions
High-pressure foaming machine
Hi-pressure PU foaming machine unit and material-supplementing installation (not applicable for explosive or flammable foaming agent such as pentane)
1. Tank assembly
Producing tank: Two 300L jacketed tanks with insulation layer on the outside, maximum allowable pressure 0.4MPa. Each tank is with a 0.75kw agitator assembly and the safety valve, pressure-reducing valve, pressure gauge, magnetic liquid-level indicator and fitting valves and pipes as well as two 1.3m2 condensers of pipe type.
Preparatory tank: Two 2000L jacketed tanks with insulation layer on the outside, maximum allowable pressure 0.1MPa. Each tank is with a 1.5kw agitator assembly and the safety valve, pressure-reducing valve, pressure gauge, liquid-level control switch, fitting valves and pipes as well as the ladder, platform and fence rail.
Temperature control system with a 18000kcal. water-chiller, a 12kw heater, and 5 sets of digital temperature control instruments.
Automatic material-supplementing installation: two material-loading tanks included; material loading done either in an automatic or a manual way; power: 1.5kw×2.
Material filtration part includes two wire-type filters.
2. Pump assembly
Two hi-pressure flowrate-variable plunger pumps: 12m3 displacement; nominal pressure at 25Mpa; motor power being 5.5kw, revolution at 1450r/min; with pressure sensor and alarm to limit maximum and minimum pressure.
Flowrate sensor: instantaneous flowrate indication.
An switcher between high pressure and low pressure is equipped.
Two magnetic-driving connectors to prevent material’s dripping.
3. Hi-pressure mixing head
One mixing head: continuous injection; co-jetting pressure adjustable.
One head cleaner: one 25L stainless steel tank with the air-blowing valve, hydraulic cleaning valve, fitting pipes, electromagnetic valve, safety valves, etc.
4. Electrical control
One control cabinet, on which pressure, temperature, flowrate, alarm and digital display are given.
PLC and contact screen are equipped.
