– Receiving, washing and sorting line with water filtering system

– Tomato juice extraction with high efficiency Hot Break and Cold Break technology complete with latest design of Turbo Extractors single and double stage

– Forced circulation continuous evaporators, simple effect or multi effect, with the eventual application of TVR (Thermal Vapour Recompression) or MVR (Mechanical Vapour Recompression), completely controlled by PLC.
