PLC control pressure-different Scraper Self-cleaning Filter

Scraper type Selfcleaning filter is able to auto remove the particles accumulated on filtration surface through high efficient mechanical scraping type. And auto discharge the liquid with high impurity concentration collected inside the chamber through the time difference and pressure difference controlled by PLC. The discharged liquid can be recycled or disposed. Rotation scraper can be divided into inside scraping and outside scraping. pressure difference comes to preset value, the PLC monitor will detect the signal and give out a command that the scraper rotates driven by the decelerator and clean the waste sticking to the screen automatically. Keep screen gap free for filtration. When the impurities at the filter bottom are collected, as long as open the discharging valve at the bottom, all the impurities will be discharged smoothly to keep the system pressure normal. The scraper system of selfcleaning filter consists of stator, PTFE scraper and spring. Reasonable spring pressure, reduce the abrasion to the screen as much as possible. 

Working principle
