Now there is a question noticeable, in our country all the mercury lamps transmit 185nm short wave ultraviolet rays, which result in ozone, the ozone in the air even with a low density (for example 0.1ppm) can irritate person to have mucosa, headache even coma, and pollute the air seriously. To solve this problem our company has developed new ozone free transparent quartz glass tubes with excellent transmissivity at 253.7nm and transmissivity cut at short wave UV220nm.
