Feature of pyrolysis plant:
1.The lagging casing outside the reaction kettle can maintain the temperature and save fuel. Its oil extraction rate is increased by 4%.
2.Horizontal condenser system can completely condensate the oil and gas and the larger the condensation area, the better the condensation effect.
3.All of the feeding, slagging, alarm, negative pressure adjustment, waste gas recovery processes are applied with automatic mature technology.
4.The waste gas from the refining process can be recycled by exhaust gas recycling system and flow though the pipes to the stove to heat the equipment, thus the fuel will be saved and the operation and worker safety will be ensured.

working process:
Firstly , the raw material is put into furnace,then seal the feed inlet system.
secondly,burned the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system
the reactor will slowly heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius,it will produce oil gas .
oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil.
the gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure ,which will be desinged to back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor .which can save energy very much .
after finished oil produce ,the temperation of reacor will be down ,in same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Lastly,when the temperature fall to 100 degree celsius,worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire .
then can start to another batch working.

Descriptions of plastic to fuel conversion:
The whole set of waste plastic refining equipment consists of 14 parts, reaction kettle, transmission gear, catalyst chamber, vertical condenser, oil-water separator, horizontal condenser, heavy oil tank, light oil tank, safety device, vacuum system, dust pelletizing system, odor removal system, induced draft fan, and chimney.
Reaction kettle and cooling system are the important parts of this refining equipment. Reaction kettle directly decides the safety and service life of the refining equipment. It is welded from boiler plate and the welding quality has direct effects on the safety and service life of the reaction kettle. Therefore, automatic welding and X-ray flaw detection technology are applied to ensure the quality of the welding line.
The cooling system has two parts: first cooling and second cooling, which are respectively composed of vertical condenser and horizontal condenser. The whole cooling area of the cooling system can be up to 100m2, thus it ensures a higher oil extraction rate.
Descriptions of waste engine oil recycling:
engine oil change machine can be used in black engine oil,crude oil,plastic oil and shale oil, to get gasoline and diesel oil through distilled catalyst. Pumping into the heater with Waste oil , through the coal (or fuel oil, gas) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature about 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again.
