Introduction of crushing machine for fertilizer
This machine is applicable to process the raw material with higher moisture, below 30%-35%. The fineness of the final products can meet the demand of granulating. It is also the best equipment for crushing organic fertilizer after ferment. Moreover, it is also widely used for fine crushing in the field of mine, coal mine, powder metallurgy, etc.
Machine structure of crushing machine for fertilizer
This machine is composed of two parts.
Rack section: all the parts of the machine is assembled on a fixed rack. And the rack is completely welded by the superior carbon steel, and has passed the strict product certification.
Cutter: The high speed revolution cutter make the raw materila easy to crush. But watch out that the moisture content must be below 30%.
Working principle of crushing machine for fertilizer
1. This machine adopts air hardening steel hammer,which is wear-resisting and long lasting.
2. This machine adopts bi-direction gap-adjustable technology. That is to say, once the hammer is worn, it can still be used continually by changing the hammer position,no need repairing. And the fineness of final product can be controlled by adjusting the gap between hammer and scaleboard.
3. The lube oil can be added even in the working machine, unnecessary to stop the working machine.
