Wood pellet mill can be used to process various kinds of material like sawdust, paddy straw, sun flower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste and many other wastes or solid powder materials. The raw material is under dried condition, which is compressed and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the final pellets is clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is more than 1.0.

Usage and Maintenance of wood pellet mill
(1) Before using please inspect the whole machine completely. At first, clear the metal material stubbing, and adjust the moisture content of material at 13%. Of course, different materials have different moisture content requirements.    
(2) During the mechanical operation, pay attention to abnormal phenomenon of the machine, such as abnormal voice. It is necessary to stop the machine immediately and check up the problems.
(3) During the operation, operator’s hand is strictly prohibited to stretch into feeding mouth.
(4) Before starting the machine, check up the fasteners whether is firm and reliable or not. And the clearance between the compression rollers and the die should be appropriate (different materials require different dies)
(5) It is necessary to press a few material combined with waste lubrication oil repeatedly to increase the smoothness of the die hole, to improve the work efficiency.
(6) Wood Pellet mill which combined with crusher, the crusher shall be opened at first. Then put less material in the pellet mill and observe the situation until it is in normal operation.
