  Yes, please note that warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced due to normal wear and tear,misuse, negligence or accident.
It will also not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other than Chair Me.

* 2 years for: Mechanism; gas cylinders and other moving parts.
* 1 year for: Upholstery material; foam; chrome parts.
