1.Application：Cooking or vacuum compression of bean paste, jam and other high viscosity materials.

2.The materials concentrate in 80 degree centigrade which can maintain good colors , original tastes and nutrition. It can heat the materials equably and save energy. 5.The jacket adopts steam heating, continuous variable speed and group drive of worm wheel and reducer to increase moment of force of cross shaft mixing.

6.It adopts Teflon agitator to ensure full contact between agitator and pot body without dead angle.

7.Uncapping, unloading and resetting of the pot adopt hydraulic pressure and mechanical drive which makes it easy to operate.

8.Vacuum frying can reduce frying temperature which is especially suitable for thermal sensitive material and avoids color and taste change.
