1) Can I get a sample to check the quality before a real order?

 What is the sample lead time? Does the sample free or not?

A: Absolutely sample test is welcomed before real orders.

Usually sample will be ready in 3-5 days after sample order is confirmed.

Sample fee is prepaid by customers.
 
2) Can you do the design for us?

A:Yes, with many years OEM/ODM experience, we have a professional team with rich experience in  designing and manufacturing. We can make the case as your requirements, such as: appearance, inner configuration, material, size, accessories, logo and so on.
  
3) What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW,FOB, CIF, etc.

4) What is the payment method?

A: We accept paypal, western union and T/T for the payment.

5) How much do i need to pay to confirm a order?

A: For new production orders, 30% deposit to confirm the order, and 70% balance to be settled down before shippment.
