This piston pneumatic filler machine is for thin liquid products, such as shampoo, lotion, liquid detergent, edible oil, perfume,vinegar, wine, soybean sauce, etc.

1,this filling machine is with rotary valve,if your product is shampoo,lotion or honey,you can connect the machine with wired hose to suck the material.if your product is with high viscosity,connect the machine with hopper to fill will be better.

2,this filling machine has a switch(auto/manual),when the switch is under manual situation,you will touch the foot padel to operate.when the machine is under auto situation,the machine can fill bottle by bottle continuous.

Tips:

This piston filler machine can be manual and automatic filling operation. If the worker can skilled use the filler, please adjust the filler machine to be automatic situation. When the filler machine is under manual situation, it can also fill fast(please touch the foot pedal continuously, the filler machine can be under the automatic situation, when the pedal is not touched, the filler machine will be under manual situation and stop filling)

3,the fill volume adjusting of this machine is very very easy,here is a knob and a meter,when you adjust the filling volume,you can read the filling volume from the meter.

4,spare parts(each set machine is with two pcs filling nozzle,8mm and 10mm)

5,Wooden case packaging(the size of the wooden case is 1360*400*400mm,the machine with wooden case is 55KG),usually one set or two sets this machine,which is deliveried by DHL or FEDEX will be cost save.

my this filling machine has a filling arrange,for example,SAF-50,the filling arrange is from 50-500ml,if your bottle volume is 250ml,the SAF-50 is good,if your bottle volume is 500ml,my SAF-100(filling arrange,100-1000ml) will be better.

my this filling machine is connect via tri clamp,it's very easy to clean.

3,What's the air source of air compressor that the machine demand?

1100W,220L/min air compressor for one set  filling machine will be enough.

4,What's the lead time of the machine?
