Nano-Helix fishing rods and blanks are made of exclusive Nano-helix technolegy.

we use a-Helix technology which is different to normal standard scrim process. Standard scrim process uses fibre glass or carbon scrim to give the blanks a hoop strength, but our a-helix technology uses the carbon spiral to support the hoop strength of the blanks. a single carbon spiral(helical or helix) is at the core of the blank, this type of the structure is regarded as the most effective way of maintaining cross section stability during bending, so our carbon helix core will minimize cross sectional deformation during loading, improving power and response.

 

and now on top[ of that, we are using NANO technology combine with the helix technology, it makes the blanks much more stronger and as well as keeping the blanks out of deformation when they were bent, improve the blanks anti-split as well.

 

because we use the spiral carbon core on making the blanks, it makes blanks stronger, cause the fine tip made out of the scrim materials, normally the cross section glass scrim already broken during the manufacturing, only support the hoop strength is epoxy resin, so that is why they are so easy to break.
