1. production description

   uses cheap natural starch, like corn starch, cassava starch, tapioca starch etc as main materials, through extruding treatment process, to produce multi-functional and high-valuable modified starch, Pre-gelatinization Starch or Denatured Starch. Its Double Screw Extruder is special designed, consists of 6 systems: feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, conveying system and cooling system, its barrels and screws structure can easily realize the function of changing the properties of the starch. Modified Starch can be used in many fields like Textile, Food, paper making, building material, casting, oil drilling and so on.

  Denatured Starch Plant--Modified Starch Machine can product Denatured Starch, it is a kind of starch be modified characters .This kind of starch own the physical and chemical characteristic. It is added into food formulation and make the food process and usage have a better performance. As long as it is edible, its physiologic function is same to common starch and enfant can eat it. it is also can use on the other .   
  Denatured Starch is the main thickener in gravies, sauces, and puddings. It absorbs water, and becomes a gel when cooked.   
Using acetic acid, starch acetates are formed, which are used as film-forming polymers for pharmaceutical products, and as the polymer in biodegradable packing foam "peanuts". Starch acetates have a lower tendency to create gels than unmodified starch.   
Denatured Starch(Modified Starch) are also sometimes "pregelatinized" to make them easier to dissolve during product manufacture.
