Plastic crate washing machine,use hot water and alcali solution for cleaning, SUS304 material

1,all material adopts 304#stainless steel,except motor and nozzles

2,washing part length 2600mm,have 3 shower pipes,

    1st,hot alkaline,2nd ,80 °C hot water,3rd,tap water

    The 1st and 2nd shower pipes have own water circulation tank,

    3rd tap water will back to 2nd tank.

    In 1st and 2nd have steam heating pipe,the temperature can arrive 99° C,

     automatic temperature control

3,two circulation tank adopts Stainless pump to recycle spray and washing.,

    from 4side to wash plastic box.Each tank have two Percolator to easy clean

4,conveyor:0.55kw.the 4-20m/min,the spend can change

5,the machine two sides have movable waterproof door,

    two ends have soft curtain to waterproof.
