PLC and touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable . average speed 150picecs/min . energy consevation and high speed , saving labor cost .

 

 

Feeder unit :

 

1. vacuum unit feeder to feed warping cardboard easily
2. Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted ,feeder unit control solely , easy operation .
3. scorer wheel adjust the cardboard thickness 2—5mm
4. second creasing unit used for the cardboard which was not crease well

 

 

Glue unit :
