1. WiFi control app going crashed?

Answer : A. Please cancel the WiFi plug power supply for about 10

seconds, and then re-energized.

B. Reset the WiFi plug.

3. Smart terminal with app cannot connect to WiFi ?

Answer : Check if app and WiFi connect well or not.

4. WiFi control Led indicator is not working

please shorten distance between them.
