FC-1325LMC is the CO2 mix cutting machine developed by Fanch, it adopt the same stucture design of fiber laser cutting machine, which means as long as you like, it can be upgraded to fiber laser cutting machine.

What's more 260W laser power can make it to cutting almost all non metal materials and some metal, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet. Here is the suggested thickness for some materials:

Main Features

1) Lathe bed is made of high quality steel welded together, the whole machine adopts high temperature quenching and vibration aging treatment of metal, thick sheet metal structure design, machine solid, long service life, no deformation.

2)Using EFR laser tube 260w,high power,more fast speed,Oxygen consumption less, focus lens using American IIV, more stronger focus function, wear-resisting,non-friable, reflective lenses used domestic famous brands, minimize light energy loss caused by road transport.

6)Using domestic famous large flow cooling system , use distilled water or deionized water, can prolong the service life of laser tube, thereby lowering the production cost of enterprises.

How to make a FANCH?

● Everything is starting at making a sturdy machine bed. Using 12mm thickness steel slab, Fanch workers cutting it according to the designed size and seamless welding the structure.

● But that is not good enough to make the sturdy bed. The whole structure quenching at 600℃ is necessary to reduce the mutua repulsion between different steel structure parts.

● In order to get the light but firm gantry, Fanch apply one piece casting aluminum. Seamless make the gantry more stable during fast moving.

● ±0.05 mm deviation straightness of machine bed surface can be got by our Germany imported milling machine. This is the root base of working accuracy and long life service.
