    Laminated coating creates a series of thin film membranes to calibrate film thickness to

    within µm increments;

    Will not expand when exposed to heat; we can also trim and machine edges post-coating.

    Small parts and complex shapes can be easily coated in one pass;

We have a long track record providing films for coil components that require coatings that

are both thin and highly insulating.
- Excellent edge covering and membrane strength avoid the common pitfall of

coiled wires' edges fraying or digging into each other.
- Superb adhesive power means edges can be partially polished without exposing the inner wire.

- Film is resistant to temperatures exceeding 400℃ (+/-5% loss),

so sudden heat spikes from soldering and other operations will not cause damage.

 

Also ideal for applications with multiple requirements,

such as components for equipment that require insulation and traction from a thin film,

or gear parts that call for rust-resistance and traction.
