Description

1) Fully automatic rod casting machine is used to make resin rods with 4 polyester rods

2) There can be produced rods of many forms with different structures and up to 4 different colors or even one color.

3) Feeding with gear pumps ensuring a perfectly regular flow of the resin as well as an economical maintenance.

4) The mixing of the accelerated and coloured resin with the catalysed resin is effected via the dynamic mixers

5) The color mixing motor can vary the speed of the pump holding and the various flows of resin proportionately.

6) The control panel is supplied with a dispaly which is suitable for different sizes of tubes and reduce the loss to a minimum.

7) The movement of aluminium tube board controled by filling reciprocating motor.

8) The pouring devices could chose the right position of tubes automatically.

9) There is a EMERGENCY button for stop the machine in case of danger.
