Sihai Iron Printing and Tin Making Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing and selling iron printing, tin and tinplate, which was established in 1998. The company covers 55000m², and its factory is divided into manufacturing section, office and leisure section. We have now two lines of automatic wire cutter with annual productivity around 20,000 tons; import printing equipments with four printing lines and two blotted lines with annual output of above 16 million sheets; eight production lines of aerosol cans with annual output of 200 million pieces; and 13 full-automatic numerical control production lines for top-bottom cap to produce above 300 million pieces annually.

  All products are manufactured in accordance with GB 3042-2008 standards and managed according to ISO9001: 2008 quality system. To achieve qualification rate at 100% for our output products, we have high standard material selection, top-ranking equipment and strict procedure control.

Can usage:             can be filled with hair spray(cosmetic series), air freshener,      

                                cleaning agent, anti-fogging agent, spray paint(car care series),

                                 shaving foam and so on.

Printing:                    CMYK four-color printing  /no printing/  metallic printing(OEM)  

Payment  Term:          30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T against the copy of  B/L

On-purchase service we will keep you fully informed for each process of the order, full test will  greatly lessen the faulty goods rate. Once unexpected things happens, we will check strictly about the reason and reflect this to each plant. After sorting everything out, a piece of written report will be handed over to you and our manager thus both of us can avoid trouble in following orders.

We have now two lines of automatic wire cutter with annual productivity around 20,000 tons.

 ------Printing lines:

We import printing equipments with four printing lines and two blotted lines with annual output of above 16 million sheets, for printing line it is imported from Japan-Fuji Brand.

Pressing plant:

Sihai has 13 full-automatic numerical control production lines for top-bottom cap to produce above 300 million pieces annually.

Can-Making Plant:

Sihai has 9 production lines of aerosol cans with annual output of 300 million pieces. Among them one line is imported from Switzerland, which can produce 300 cans / minute, have increased largely the production capability.
