1. Scope of application: PVC single color 2 pieces injection sole mould(one cover and one bottom sole mould) used in PVC/TPR/TR injection moulding machine such as maingroup machines. 

2. Technical: the mould was made by CNC machine with high precision and elegant appearance.

3. Mould Structure: 2 pieces mould with one cover and one bottom mould, then put the mould on the injection machines, cover fixed on the upper plate and bottom mould fixed on the bottom plate of machine, start the machine and mould close, then the machine will inject the PVC material inside the mould and moulding, the outsole/sole will be finished

4. The cover and bottom mould close very accurately

5. One mould one pair, one set of mould can make one pair of outsole/sole.

6. Design, size, pattern, etc are according to Customers' Requirement

7. Aluminium with long service life
