A2:  Hold the goggles against your eyes. Pull the elastic band over the top of your head, and allow it to rest around your head, just about your ears. Test the default sizing of the elastic band.

Q3: How to adjust the nose belt?

A3: First bent goggles 90 ° in a straight line , and do not use much effort it ripped off here.
