1. How to Order?

Normally the customer can order our products by Alibaba platform or contact  us representative by Email. After receiving your message, our sales will confirm with you about the specification or other required things, then KAISER will send an official invoice to you via mail, which will be included the details of your order and bank information named KAISER with a stamp and signed by manager. 

2. How to Pay?

We accept the payment via ESCROW, T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union, even Paypal or Credit card and L/C . Please inquire us about the details in advance. 

In 2-4 working days, the payment will be transferred into our account. 

3. How to deliver samples?

After paying, you will know a delivery time from our official invoice, the package will be sent or delivered within that schemed time. we often arrange the delivery via DHL, UPS, Hong Kong Post, China Post or EMS. DHL international express is our preferred method.

In order to the package secure, KAISER  doesn't deliver the package via any transport agent.  We can also select other ways in that case of customer request; it is also available to ship the package as per appointed forwarder or picking it up via freight collection.

·Standard shipping: 4-8 working days via DHL express to South of America and Africa

4. How to track the samples order?

After delivered, we will enter a tracking number on Alibaba platform; you will find and track the status of your package, or send a tracking number to your mailbox, you can track it directly at the following web.
