FAQ

Q1:What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coat?

A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-80um.

Q2:Can you supply OEM services? How about the mould cost? 

A: We can supply OEM services. The mould cost usually between USD200 to USD500 per set,and we will return the 100% mould cost to you when the orders qty reach at 5 tons (curtain wall and industry profiles need 10 tons).

Q3:What is the price of aluminium profiles ? 

A: Based on aluminium ingot price+processing fee + packing charge

Q4:Do the prices of all the colors are the same with same surface treatment?

A: Not yet, about Powder coating, the bright-coloured will higher than white or gray; about the Anodizing, colorful will higher than silver,and black higher than colorful. 

Q5: What is the MOQ ?

A: 0.5 Tons per item

Q6: Do the price of all the colors are the same with the same surface treatment?

A: No, different surface treatment prices is different.

Q7:What is the payment terms ?

A: T/T,PayPal,Western Union,L/C at sight, prepaid 30% deposit,pay the balance before delivery.

Q8:What is your delivery time ?

A: Within 20 days after receiving the deposit .

Q9:How to calculate your sample fee ?

A: we would sent the sample if you pay for the sample fee and freight charges, but the sample fee are free if you order above 10T.if you sent the sample to us , you would pay all the charges. we will produce the sample according to your drawing . 

Q10: How can you ensure high quality?

A:Before mass production,we will let the mould till its quality pass.In the production,your order will be follow by our QC during all steps.Each product muct be checked and signed before they move to the next process.
