 JL-FIBER offers sintered fiber metal felt  (non-woven) which is one of main filter material  for the applications requiring a fine degree of filtration and greater dirt holding capacity.

 

Specific Procedure: 

 wash stainless steel wire

→cut stainless steel wire

→drying it

→make the stainless steel wire produced fiber by wet felting

→drying the fiber

→wipe the impurity off by hands

→sintered the fiber in vacuum oven.

• The filtration and purifying for terylene, polyester fabric and other polymer melt in chemical fiber industry
• The filtration for any types of high temperature and corrosive gas/liquid in petroleum, chemical and metallurgy industries
• The precise filtration for hydraulic and lubricating oil in mechanical, electric power, space, aviation and shipbuilding industries
