Q1).	What information should I provide when inquiring ?
	1.	Advise the material to be used : adhesive paper,clear or white PE,PET,PVC,BOPP etc..
	2.	Indicate the size, quantity and material used.
	3.	Tell us the application : please advise where your stickers will be applied to enabling us to suggest the proper material for you.
	4.	the requirement of packing : roll, sheet or individual sheet.
	5.	provide the design for us to check the printing color and cut shape.
	6.	send us the artwork format for your adhesive labels,such as AI,PDF,Coreldraw,etc.
Q2)	Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?
	Generally we will send you the JPG file of your designed label for your approval before the mass production. Afterward, we can submit a picture of finished production and Packing condition for your final examination before shipment.
Q3)	What’s about the lead time of custom adhesive label?
	It depends on the products and order quantity,normally 5-7 working days after artwork and payment confirmed.
Q4)	What’s the trade term and payment term of custom adhesive label?
	40% of the total value to be paid before order start. Balance should be made before shipment and your approval for the consignment. Accept T/T to our Bank account in China or Hong Kong . Payment method could be negotiated.
Q5)	Do you have MOQ of custom adhesive label?
	Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the you want. Generally, 50,000 pcs. Could be negotiate subject to the difference size and material used.
Q6)	What’s about the production lead time ?
	It depends on the products and order quantity,normally 5-7 working days after artwork and payment confirmed.
Q7)	What shipping method can I choose ? And shipping time ?
	DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,by sea,etc. 4-7 working days for International Express delivery. 10-30 working days by sea.
