Due to the diversity of microorgnisms and various types of preservative have corresponding specificity and some limitation, it is special that the process of making bread and bread formula’s different.Our company utilized advanced microcapsule technology ,After a long time research, our company has embedded a kind of new preservative which is special for bread preservative, the new product’s effect compared with the other’s,it has many advantages, for example, it can increase bread volume,no odour ,don't affect the use of yeast and effectively extend the shelf life of bread.
Usually bread only can be preserved only for 1-3 days.
And the adding of high effective food preservatives will cause inbibitional effect on saccharomycetes. However our compound bread preservative is produced by the adoption of special technique to process high effective preservatives as potassium sorbate, citric acid and so on. And the bread can be preserved for 15-60 days under normal temperature.
