 1) What's  your MOQ?

 Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly

 

 2) Can I get samples?

 Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

 We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. 

 

  3)How long is the sample lead time?

  For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days

 

 4) How long is the production lead time?

 It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

 

 5)How much is the freight charge?

 To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, such as 10,000pcs of bracelets, 2000pcs phone cases, etc. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.

 You can see weight of similar items you order, so you can check the freight charge here for your reference. We enjoy a discount, so freight charge is lower than the freight charge you see. Please take it easy.

 We have our own drawer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc.

 

 7)How many colors are available?

 We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you. 

 

 8)Which kinds of certificate would you have?
