1. How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you. 

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

 

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

4.Can your factory print or emboss or embroider my logo on the goods?

Yes, we can print or emboss or embroider the hotels logo on the goods , for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

 

5. How about the sample lead time and production lead time?

Normally the sample lead time is 2 - 7 days and the production lead time is 10 - 25 days according to the order quantity and requirement.
