Seller side commission : $ 2,50 USD/MT ( Close).

Buyer side commission : $ 2.50USD/MT Open.

Delivery : FOB. ( KSA ports).

PROCEDURES:

 

 

1. The buyer issues ICPO to send us, then the seller issues to Buyer:

 

a. Commercial Invoice

2. Buyer verifies documentation

3. Buyer:

a. Signs CI

b. Confirms discharge either with Tank Storage or CPA/Q88 on Commercial invoice.

c. Issues name of Q&QTesting Company and contact info

4. Seller issues to Buyer:

a. Verifiable Tank Storage Receipt

b. Authority To Sell.

c. Dip Test Authorization

 

5. Buyer Dips in Seller’s Tank by an Independent Surveyor such as SGS or internationally accepted other.

6. Upon receipt of Q & Q report Buyer makes full payment to Seller via WIRE TT as per FINAL CI based on Q & Q report within one International Banking Day.

7. Seller transfers Title.

8. Buyer discharges product.
