1-Specification of JDY25-100 Gypsum board perforating machine:

2-Structure and configurations of JDY25-100 perforating machine: 

A. Body of the main machine tool is welded with Q235 steel plates, semi-closed gantry structure. The machine adopts sub-audio vibration aging to eliminate stress. It has good rigidity, with good stability during operating.

B.The machine adopts two-stage transmission structure that the motor drives the flywheel transmission and gear linkage. The gears and flywheel are fully closed, with good safety performance.

C.It used the dry-type friction clutch brake system,safety, stability, and durable. 

D. Double pneumatic balance cylinders are used to protect the molds and reduce damage caused by the punching pins.

E. With oil deflector.
