We can offer CE,GS,CB;LFGB,RoHS.Others if clients demand,it is acceptable for applying for.

4.Is your slow juicer with BPA free? 

BPA free material(PCTG) is optional available.

5. What accessories are included in the gift box of slow juicer?

Basically,the Ultem PEI fine-hole filter,cleanning brush,2pcs juice containers,pusher,manual book have been already packed into the gift box.

6.Any other optional color?

Yes, we can offer silver,white,red,black and green,grey etc colors as clients wish.

7.What sort of warranty can you offer?

 We can offer 3% free quick-wear parts with each order. 

10 years warranty on AC induction motor;2 years warranty on spare parts.

On the other way,more spare parts are available to order extra.

8.What's your production capacity? 

We have 3 production lines for slow juicer producing.

current production capacity for slow juicer is 30,000pcs per month.

9. How to get a sample to test before placing bulk order? How to pay? And how long i can receive?

Sample is available,The payment via TT , Paypal or West Union all is ok.

The sample is newly-built from our sample dept ,Basically it takes 6 working days.

10.Terms payment

30%TT as deposit,then the balance paid while sending BL.

Or LC at sight.

11.Leading time for bulk order?

Lead time of bulk order is bacisally 25-30 days after deposit received.
