2. Hot runner is designed advanced and reasonably, each cavity heat controlled independently, temperature uniform.

3. Each cavity and core have independent cooling system. shorten production cycle time.

4. Cavity can be changed, convenient to change remark of the cap .

5. Hot runners with good balance ensure PET melt material running to each cavity and keep balance pressure.

6. The design of PET runners ensures minimum cutting force and IV lost.

7. Reasonable heat distribution ensures stable AA content in all the cavities

1. We deliver the mould quotation to the customer upon receipt of your samples, drawing & requirements.
2. After the approval on quotation and mould form, HX PLASTIC& MOULD will work on 3D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.
3. After the approval on 3D, HX PLASTIC& MOULD will work on the detailed 2D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.
4. After the approval on mould drawing, the Production Dept. begins the tooling, following and updating the “tooling and processing schedule” weekly.
5. We send to the customer weekly “the photographic report” on the mould progress.
6. Mould testing: We will inform you the date, then will send the sample’s inspection report & injection parameters with the sample to you.
7. We deliver the mould to the customer together with mould assemble once get your instruction & confirmation for shipment.
