Procedures:

Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
Buyer confirms FCO by signing the conformity portion of the FCO, and issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with Proof of Financial Capacity.
Seller issues draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to Buyer open for amendments.
Buyer make amendments, if any, sign and return the SPA to Seller for perusal and final endorsement.
Seller registers and legalizes contract and all other necessary documents then sends copy to Buyer via mail, courier and a copy to its bank.
Buyer opens payment instrument for first shipment to Seller nominated account.
Seller’s Bank, upon successful confirmation and advisement on the payment instrument will issue Two Percent (2%) Performance Bond.
Shipment and delivery commences as per SPA.
