Georgia's Natural Jellies are made from concentrated juices with addition of pectin to give the thick consistence to the confiture. No animal gelatine is used, only fruit derived pectin that constitutes to soluble dietary fibre. Consumption of pectin is known to be reducing blood cholesterol levels.

Georgia's Natural Pomegranate Jelly is made of fresh squeezed Pomegranate juice. It is a valuable nutritious product. Contains the considerable amount of easily assimilable reducing sugars
(glucose and fructose), organic acids (predominantly citric acid), water soluble polyphenols and 15 amino acids, 6 of them essential, vitamins: C, B1, B2, B6, PP.
