We use soybeans made in Gifu prefecture and high-quality underground water.

We have prepared ingredients with wooden pail made by Japanese cender which have used since the day of establishment, and have matured it slowly and carefully throughthe four seasons.

We pass along traditional manufacturing process.

We put great deal of effort and make it without regretting trouble and time.
