 1, Golden Palm Shortening are made from fully refined, bleached and deodorized high quality palm oil.

     They are palm based shortening which are not hydrogenated, transfat and cholestrol free.

 

2,  Description:

     Block form, Bland in taste, whitish apperance, helps to shorten the dough and tenderize the bakery products.            Good frying strength, suitable for cost conscious customers. Naturally cholesterol free food. Wide range of                melting points available.  SMP: 36-39, 38-40,

 

3, Ingredient Usage:

    Vegetable oil (RBD palm oil), Antioxidants (TBHQ/BHA/BHT), Emulsifier (E471 or Lecithin) based on customer           request and government regulations.

 

 

4, Application:

    Biscuit, bread, cookies, wafer, cracker, pie bottom, High ratio cake, Pastry, quiche or pie bottom,Icing and                 glaze,Tortilla, Bread and bun fillings, cake decorations.
