How to change the common earth to clay pellets?

1, Putting the clay pellets into water. After one minute, put it into the flowerpot with3-5cm as a base layer.

2, Putting the plant without earth into flowerpot, and also add the immersed bonsai nutrient syderolite into it.

3, Placing flowerpot in shade and ventilator place for one week. If the plant not displays water scarcity, just water it 3days later as the  clay pellets contains water

4, It is necessary to supplement 0.2% aqueous solution containing N, P, K per half a year
