Angel fresh yeast sugar-tolerance type for bread

how to use it:

mix the baking yeast and flour first;and then add into other ingredient and stir them well

how much when you use it:

2-3% of the amount of the flour

notice:

stow in a cool place,0-4°C.do not freeze it.

(1) High sugar fresh yeast: suitable for bread making with a sugar content of 7%-25% in recipe;
(2) Low sugar fresh yeast: suitable for bread making with a sugar content lower than 7% in recipe;
