It is made into rotary body, lifting blade, driving device and supporting device. 1 What the dryer can be used for?

 

The dryer can dry many kinds of materials which contain moisture, such as coal, coal slurry, slag, industrial waste, and clay stone. They are widely used in builing materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry.

 

2 What the rotary dryer consist of?

The dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blades, driving device, supporint device and sealing ring.

 

3 Can i   use the coal or gas as the heating source?

4How the rotary dryer to work?

The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cyclineder through the raw material plate. Hot air flows within the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the material becomes dry.

 

 Characters of Rotary Drum Dryer:

1. Rotary drum dryer  drum RPM can be controlled according to raw materials humidity. If humidity is large, then can control feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make longer drying time. The longer drum ensure high heat use efficiency. 

 

2.Roatry drum dryer has temperature adjusting equipment between stove and dryer, which can adjust the hot air temperature before feeding to drum according to raw materials humidity 

 

,after adjusting, then feed to dryer drum 

 

3.Rotary drum dryer for straw powders has two ways to discharge materials, 

one is to outlet from rotary drum bottom, it is mainly fit for large weight ratio materials , the other is to outlet materials from cyclone bottom , which mainly fits for light ratio materials .  On one hand with high drying efficiency , on the other hand clean dust.
