 Solvent extraction process of palm kernel Including: extraction, desolventizer, Evaporative system, condenser.Oil extraction, can be regarded as solid liquid extraction. 

1. 1. Use rotocel extractor or loop extractor to extract oil with solvent to get miscella of solvent and oil. 
2. 2.  Through twice evaporation and steamstripping to separate solvent from oil and then get crude soybean oil according to their different boiling and volatility with evaporator and steamstrippingtower 
3. 3. After extraction, wet meal with solvent will be desolventized to separate solvent,then dry meal can be used for feed. 
4. 4. olvent from evaporation,steamstripping and desolventizing can be recycled through condensation. 
5. 5. .Exhaust gas can be recycled. Refinery of palm kernel oil Crude oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined oil. 

Main Process of palm kernel oil processing machine 

1. 1. Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water.

Refining Mian Processes:

A.Preheating secticon: Pumping crude oil into hydrate tank (oil refining tank), heating by steam or heat-transfer oil (in coil pipe), rise oil temperature.

B.Degumming section: Adding the P-acid to remove the gum.

C.Deacidification section: Adding alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours.

D.Decolorization Section: Using the active clay to absorb the pigment away ,then filter the waste clay away .This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.

E.Deodorization and Dehydration Section: Injecting direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . in the deodorization tower , the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.

F. Filtering: This process can remove off the small amount of unsettle gum soluble impurities in the oil , to ensure the product oil quality.
