2. How to solve the quality problems after sales?

Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representitive for inspection.               When we confirmed it’s our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together  with next order according to customers’ requirement.
