    Yes, But samples fee and freight fee will charge firslty , and deduct the sample fee after you place the mass order.

    different products differen MOQ, usual chain saw and brush cutter 's MOQ is 200pcs.

    15-30days after order  confirmation and advance payment 
5. How about the packing?
    Packing will do as customer 's requirment if order quantity achieved to 500pcs
    use factory normal packing if the order quantity less than 500pcs.
