Re:

within 500hours, it will be ok, then you need change the outside parts such as air filter(clean the foam element if dirty), muffler, piston and piston ring after 500hours. and you need also check all screws and fasten them once again.

(PS: we recommend you buy the good quality air filter, muffler. of course, the price will be higher.)

5)What's the service for maintenance I need to do? And when?

Re:

in the first 50hours, you need change the engine oil and wash the oil filter, engine oil is a major factor affecting engine performance and service life. then you need also check the air cleaner element to be sure it is clean and in good condition. if the element is dirty, clean it, replace the element if it is damaged. also you need wash the fuel injection pump and fasten the nut. then every 100hours do the same until up to 500hous.
