Thixotropic Bonding makes it different. This is a chemical bonding, which occurs due to the unique properties of X-19A. A chemical reaction occurs, which opens the pores of the metal, thus allowing other components to seal the pores. This prevents oxidation; therefore, all rust and corrosion are halted. X-19A will not wash off with water or even a standard pressure washer. But, if required, it removes easily with mineral spirits or steam.
