Description:

Synopsis of Process Routing: Cold drawn and bright NBK seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be phosphated. The phosphated is realized with the imported chemical fluid to form a black film. The antirust oil is absorbed by means of the micro pore on the film to prevent from the rust. The caps are covered at two ends of tube to prevent from the dust.

Internal Surface quality Control:We adopt automatic inner surface cleaning machine, rotating brush cleaning and high pressure oil flushing to clean the inner and outer surface.The new steel tube production craftsmanship can effectively remove all particulate attached to the inner and outer surface of tubes and thus achieving the utmost surface cleaness and polishness.

Main Features: color of steel tube: bright black. Color is homogeneously distributed on the tube surface. The tube has good property of antirust.

Used in hydraulic system,including automotive Hydraulic power steering system, the clutch system, braking system, engine high pressure oil pipe, excavator hydraulic oil pipe,nested card connector (pipe joints) with matching,shippment industry.
