Ourgreen CO2 XPS Extrusion Line Description
The CO2 XPS Production Line includes basic configuration of XPS line as well as CO2 Injecting System.
It is generally known that the boiling point of CO2 is - 78.4℃ while all Blowing Agent must be kept in
liquid state before being injected to extruder. In order to maintain the liquid state, we have to decrease temperature and increase pressure for CO2
largely. Here you can imagine why the inside pressure for CO2 XPS Line is much higher than that of
Freon XPS Line. Ourgreen CO2 XPS Line is designed to bear high pressure to ensure smooth
manufacturing of XPS Board..
Phase-out Plan of HCFC in China
From 2013, Freeze HCFC production and consumption to the average amount of year 2009 and 2010
and set it as a Base Amount;
By 2015, reduce 10% of the Base Amount;
By 2020, reduce 35% of the Base Amount;
By 2025, reduce 67.5% of the Base Amount;
By 2030, fully stop use of HCFCs.
