Measurement

 

Garment Dimensions

 

Lay the garment flat and double the measurements to get the circumference of the shirt. Compare that to your actual body measurement and allow room for movement. Manufacturers allow for a tolerance of + or - 1~2cm. When in doubt or if you fall in between sizes, order a size up.

 

Chest is measured 1" below the armhole. Front and back length from highest point of shoulder at neck to bottom of shirt. Sleeve from center of the neck to the wrist.

1.Screen print : Screen printing has advantages as it is known for crisp colors and is ideal for large print quantities. Because set-up costs are higher, there is often a minimum order quantity for screen printing. Every color that is laid down on the T-shirt requires a screen.with using different material, it can be divided into " water basic print", "Gel print ", "Discharge print ", "Plastisol ink print ",Gold & Silver print.

 

a. water basic print is using to print in light color fabric, we will not feel the logo when touch it as if it is part of the fabric. it makes the printing more breathable.

 

 

b.Gel Print : it can print on any color, its cover ability is stronger than waster basic print. color is bright.

 

 

c.Discharge print: when we want to make the logo without touch feeling on deep color fabric. this technic can achieve what we want.

 

 

d.Plastisol ink print: when we print colorful logo, mostly with complex gradual color. choose this printing technic.

 

 

e. Gold & sliver print: printing with gold and sliver material. apply to solid color only.

 

 

 

2. Other technic: except screen print, There are many other technic help us achieve all kind of logo and design. here is some usually ones:

 

a. Sublimation print: it is one of heat-transfer print, only works to light color 100% polyester fabric , using digital print machine print on the transfer paper then using high temperature press the printing onto the fabric, and fabric's 'wicking' characteristics are maintained. but it can not be used for designs that require white printing.

 

 

b.Digital Print : If your art is a full color design and your garment is 100% cotton, then digital print would be the technologies can imprint the t shirt.

 

 

c.Embroidery: It is the most stable technologies for logo,its cost only depond on the dimension as well as complexity. for English text, the small dimension is 6mm (0.25") high , for Chinese font, the small dimension is 10mm high.

 

 

d.Heat transfer : a method of transferring a desired pattern via heat onto a substrate. but after long time wash and dry in the sun, it might be cracking.

 

 

e. Applique: need to setup a mould , usually use to letters, can make combine wit emboiery to make the logo. some fashion garment will wash the applique for particular effect .

 

 

f. flocking: it is a very particular effect with yarns on the surface, usually apply to fashion lady tee.

 

 

g.Rubber Print: 3D dimension effect, it need setup a mould and press it onto the garment with high temperature. it can make smallest letter at 1mm width. but this technologies require single color of logo at each placement.

 

 

h.Glue Tag: usually use to make logo windbreaker, jeans, and other outwear, it need to setup a mold and require simple color logo.

 

 

i. Woven tag : usually use to outwear garment, and also can make as garment washing and neck , size tag , using this logo on the front chest, it can make the logo more standout.

j.foaming Print: use to fashion tee offen.
